REFUND & CANCELLATION TERMS (From all departure cities)
The following cancellation and refund terms apply to all Essence Music Festival Package Options.
All deposits and payments up to $100 nonrefundable/nontransferable between 9/4/17 - 2/2/18
$100.00 Cancellation fee applies to all reservations after 2/2/18
$250.00 Cancellation fee after 3/23/18
$500.00 Cancellation fee after 5/11/18
$700.00 Cancellation fee after 5/25/18
NO REFUND AFTER 6/1/18

SERVICE FEES
The following fees will apply on all packages.

$75 Cancellation Reinstatement fee
$40 Returned check fee
