REFUND & CANCELLATION TERMS (From all departure cities)
The following cancellation and refund terms apply to all Essence Music Festival Package Options.
All deposits and payments up to $200 nonrefundable/nontransferable between 10/12/19 - 2/1/20
$200.00 Cancellation fee applies to all reservations after 2/1/20
$400.00 Cancellation fee after 3/22/20
$600.00 Cancellation fee after 4/26/20
$800.00 Cancellation fee after 5/10/20
NO REFUND AFTER 5/31/20
