Important Notice: This is a "Special Theme Cruise Event" in which all reservations made are bounded by the cancellation terms and conditions set forth by KIQ Tours and Aqua Boogie Cruises and not by the cancellation terms and conditions of Carnival Cruise Lines. By reserving travel as a member of the Aqua Boogie Theme Cruise all members acknowledge compliance to these terms and conditions set forth below and at no time can hold KIQ Tours nor Carnival Cruise Lines liable for any independent agent's or representative's additional terms of cancellations when traveling with the Aqua Boogie Cruise as a representative of that group or individual.

All guests must check-in at least 30 minutes prior to departure.

WHAT TIME DO I MAKE MY RETURN FLIGHT FOR

Debarkation: To allow sufficient time for U.S. Customs clearance, it is recommended that you schedule air flights no earlier than the following times.

Ft. Lauderdale - 11:00 AM

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN

Yes, there is a payment plan that you can follow and we believe that "if you follow the payment plan then the cruise won't leave you"!

CANCELLATION TERMS AND FEES:

Cancellations made after 5/16/10 will be assessed $250.00 per person. (Last day to cancel air option)
Cancellations made after
6/13/10 will be assessed $500.00 per person.
Final payment due

No refund will be issued after 7 /11/10.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Any mandatory schedule payment deadlines not met after 5/15/10 will incur a $75.00 cancellation re-instatement fee for every deadline not met without an authorized payment extension.

TRAVEL INFORMATION


PORT CHARGES

Port charges include: (i) Taxes/fees assessed by governmental and other agencies, (ii) costs incident to entering/leaving ports such as pilotage, (iii) costs incurred while in port, such as stevedoring, waste removal and payroll for port-related functions.

LIQUOR POLICY
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being brought onboard the ship. Alcoholic beverages purchased in foreign ports may not be consumed in public areas, on deck and are not served to anyone under the age of 21. Liquor purchased from our gift shops will be delivered on the last night of the cruise

CLOTHING
Casual attire is in order during the day. For one or two nights, formal attire or dark suit is suggested. The dress code for other evening ranges from sport coat and tie to casual resort wear. Shorts and T-shirts are not permitted in the dining room during dinner.

TIPPING
Tipping is at your discretion. As a guideline, Carnival recommends $9.75 per day for gratuities for the following services: Room Steward- $3.50 per guest per day, Dining Room Staff- $5.50 per guest per day, Alternative Dining Staff- $.75 per guest per day. Daily tipping guidelines apply regardless of dining options selected. For your convenience, a 15% gratuity will be automatically added to your bar bill. Pre-paid gratuities can be purchased in advance per person for the following cruises: 3 day -  $31.00, 4 day - $41.00, 5 day - $50.00, 6 day - $60.00, 7 day - $70.00, 8 day - $80.00, 12+ day $129.00 - $158.00

SPECIAL DIETS
Carnival Cruise Lines can arrange special diets requirements. All request must be made at least 2 weeks prior to sailing. You should discuss the method of preparation of menu items with your waiter or headwaiter. There may be limitations in our ability to accommodate special orders. Kosher meals are not available.

GUARANTEED SHARE PROGRAM
KIQ Tours and Carnival Cruise Lines will find you up to three companion roommates on a guaranteed share basis (subject to stateroom availability). This program is only available on a cruise-only (no airfare included) basis for guests of the same sex who are at least 21 years old.

CHANGE ITINERARY
KIQ Tours and Carnival Cruise Lines reserves the right to cancel or substitute any events, schedules, port of calls at anytime and for any reason whatsoever without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any loss to guests by reason of such cancellation or substitution. Reservations are subject to change in the event of a full–ship charter.

RESPONSIBILITY
KIQ Tours and the cruise lines neither controls, nor operates, nor is it responsible for the actions of independent contractors, such as airlines, railroad companies, tour operators or ground transporters. KIQ Tours and the cruise line denies any responsibility or liability for late arrival of your flight, train, or for any illness, injury, damage, loss of cruise time or other irregularities resulting there from. The cruise lines responsibility does not extend beyond the vessels. You are responsible for arriving at the respective ports on the time for embarkation and for joining the vessel at its next port of call if, for any reason, you miss a scheduled sailing. The cruise line reserves the right to refuse or discontinue passage to anyone when, in cruise lines judgment, it would be considered a risk to the guest’s own well being or that of any other guest.
